Where is your soft-shell crab farmed?
In south-west Bangladesh, at ponds run by our partner group. Each case carries a batch code traceable to the farm.
Which grade suits my menu?
Prime (14/kg) suits most dishes. Jumbo works as a centre-plate serve, Medium for rolls and street food.
What is your minimum order?
Demo answer: to be confirmed by the client.
Can I try it before I order?
Yes. Request a sample box below, or visit one of our food carts.
How do I cook it from frozen?
Fry from frozen at 175 °C for 3–4 minutes, or thaw in the fridge overnight for tempura. Full guidance comes with the spec sheet.
